Schengen Visa Enquiry (Specific Requirements)Enquiry Fee: A non-refundable GHC 300 is required for enquiries.

Requirements1. Passport booklet (kept at Judevan office throughout visa application). 2. Scanned valid passport (6+ months). 3. Scanned Ghana Card. 4 .2 Passport photo (American size, white background). 5. Bank statement (3–6 months, depends on embassy). 6. Scanned company certificate (Form A). (b)company tax clearance certificate;compulsory for applicant 7. Birth certificate (applicant & children). 8. Marriage certificate (depends on applicant’s age). 9. Supporting documents: property, investments, marriage cert., birth cert. 10. Any refusal letter from Schengen zone (provide copy).

Processing Duration- Standard process: 4–6 months. - With all documents: 2 months. - Judevan can provide missing documents (except bank statement, guidance only).

Terms & Conditions1. Initial deposit of GHC 15,000 – 20,000 before application. Applicants outside Ghana: €2,000. Depends on travel history. 2. Withdrawal after payment = no refund. 3. Two visa attempts guaranteed. After 2nd attempt fails → 30% refund of initial deposit + return of documents in 30 days. 4. Company bank statement support available for student visa applicants. 5. Applicant must sign below before visa process begins. 6. Applicant must provide his/her travel history to Judevan travels before applications kick start
